The Pilates Method is designed to give you “suppleness, natural grace, and skill that will be unmistakably reflected in the way you walk, in the way you play, and in the way you work.” —Joseph Pilates

Me- I have been practicing Pilates since 2003, teaching others since 2012 and learning more along the way. When I started, I was looking for a way to get stronger. I stumbled into the world of Pilates, and for the first time in my life, I was amazed to finally find an exercise that kept me mentally and physically engaged. The Pilates method helped transform my body; not only did I get stronger, but I also vastly improved my alignment, posture, and overall vitality. The results inspired me to pursue intensive formal education and to share my knowledge with others as a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. I completed the Advanced Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder in 2014 and completed the Kathy Grant Heritage Training Program designed and taught by Cara Reeser in 2013. Kathy Stanford Grant was a second-generation student of Joseph Pilates. I continue to study with Cara Reeser and Jeremy Laverdure through their graduate program Movement Science Made Simple.

After living and teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years I am now doing both in Denver, where I continuously hone my skills and knowledge about the body and movement.

Practice- I teach private, semi-private, and group sessions in virtual and in-person settings. Within each of these sessions, either a class or individual setting, I will guide you through the Pilates movements that best suit your body and needs. All bodies are different and as Kathy Grant would say “one size doesn’t fit all.”
